Designed to withstand higher RPM conditions, ACL Race Series Engine Bearings are available for many of the popular 4, 6 & 8 cylinder applications and feature: – High strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties – Hardened steel backs on all rod bearings to improve the support of the bearing lining and assist with bearing retention in the housing. – Increased crush for improved bearing retention – Elimination of flash plating on the back of the bearings to improve heat transfer through the bearing sand to maximize the grip between the bearings and its housing. – Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high rpm and to assist in the formation of hydrodynamic oil films. – 3/4 grooved Main Bearings to optimize bearing load carrying surface area and oil flow to the conrod bearings. – Tight consistent wall tolerances to help you maintain consistent clearances. – Enlarged ID chamfers on bearing edges where required to accommodate large fillet radius on performance crankshafts.

XTR Racing Stage 3 Clutch Kit & Flywheel

 

XTR Racing Clutches:
XTR
Racing Clutches are direct factory replacement clutches. It does not
require modifications in order to fit on your vehicle. These clutches
are designed for the individual whose goal is to have a streetable
clutch while still maintaining the high performance capabilities of a
performance clutch. These clutches are designed to be used mainly on
the street with occasional track usage. All XTR Racing clutches require
a 500 mile break in period. XTR Racing Clutches only consist of the
very best materials. Increased clamp loads give the necessary capacity
to support the increase in torque made from modified engines. All of
our discs have a high capacity sprung center dampers to reduce shock on
the drivetrain. The 6-puck Copper Ceramic (also known as MIBA) disc
features high-coefficient friction pads that are resistant to slippage
and burst. Professional installation is recommended.

XTR Racing Flywheels:
XTR Racing Flywheels are made from forged chromoly steel. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel may have the possibility of separating. All of our flywheels work with other brand clutch including Exedy, Exedy Racing, ACT, Clutchmasters, Centerforce, and other OEM clutch kits. They are all CAD designed, CNC machined and computer balanced.

Clutch Kit® and eCLUTCHMASTER
Liteweight Racing Flywheel®
combo setup is a brand new heavy duty
racing pressure plate with 6 puck sprung
racing disc setup with liteweight flywheel can hold up to

425HP / Rated 379lb-ft of Torque.

It is recommended for use with 'modified'
vehicles used for "street and strip". This
unit has also proven itself to be very capable
for four wheel drive and off-road use,
also
heavy duty towing and commercial applications

The eCM® Stage II racing clutch system uses
eCM® Stage II Heavy duty pressure plate with 6
puck sprung ceramic disc. This is ultimate
extreme-duty street or road / drag racing
system. It is built using a special 6-wing
ceramic button design disc for long life,
outstanding holding capacity and high heat
dissipation.
All eCLUTCHMASTER Racing pressure plates are
made from ductile iron (2200 LBS CLAMPING
LOAD) which is about 60-70% stronger than
conventional cast iron pressure plates other
racing clutch manufactures use.
It is recommended for use with 'modified'
vehicles used for "street and strip". This
unit has also proven itself to be very capable
for four wheel drive and off-road use, also
heavy duty towing and commercial applications.

than the stock 20-30lb stock heavy flywheel.,
it is easier on your synchros. When you
downshift and do not perfectly equalize revs,
your synchros must accommodate the difference
in flywheel speed and input transmission
speed. The lighter the flywheel the less the
inertia the synchros must overcome. The longer
your synchros last the longer your tranny will
last because you are less likely to miss-shift
and break things when your synchros are
properly functioning. Engine life is also increased by using a
